Service & Maintenance Technicians
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Job description:
Blackthorne Spas’ service department is growing and we are seeking full time individuals to complete this team starting in January 2026.
We are looking for someone with a good attitude and willing to learn to be a Pool & Spa Maintenance Technician. Blackthorne Spas company model is quality work, pride in integrity, being innovative experts, and making sure our customers enjoy the experience.
A valid, clean driving record is a must. Starting pay depends on experience; however NO experience is required! Must Be 21 or older with at least 2 years of driving Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain pools, spas, fountains and more.
- Help deliver hot tubs, spas, saunas, covers and more.
- Move spas in our showroom and at customer’s homes.
- Help the service department in any way needed.
- Help the sales department in any way needed.
Specialized equipment and training provided!
Starting pay $17 per hour for applicants with no experience. Bonus and commission incentives are available. Benefits become available after 90 day include health insurance, vacation pay and sick pay.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

The ideal candidate:
Drive Pick-up and Trailer
Quick learner
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well in a team
Clean DMV w/ 5 years driving history
Organized and ability to multi task
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Experience with hand tools
Electrical knowledge and forklift experience a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
– Safely transport hot tubs, spas, saunas, massage chairs and more to customer locations in a timely manner
– Load and unload cargo
– Communicate with customers in a professional manner
– Follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record
– Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
– Maintain delivery logs and records
